Refunds & Returns
Returns will be accepted and refunds will be issued up to 30 days after purchase. If item(s) is/are damaged upon return, a refund will not be issued. Damage is determined by Third and West LLC.

We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the shipping provider and open a dispute.

Returned-to-sender & Refused Packages
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued a refund.
We will do our best to get your package delivered, but we do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
